Delegate native configuration checks to Newton and retain only adapter lifecycle constraints. Preserve proxy collision factories while selecting outer contacts from constructed proxy state.

Simplifies the coupled solver adapter by delegating native validation to Newton, accepting proxy-only and static-shape entries, preserving proxy collision factory identity, and selecting outer contacts from constructed proxy state. Validation: 58 focused tests passed, full pre-commit passed, and the changelog gate passed.
